Please enter the conference identification for the meeting you wish to join.

The conference id is the Google username for the host presenter. For instance, if the host's Google email address is someuser@google, then enter "someuser". Formal conferences require that the host start the meeting prior to anyone joining the meeting.

In order to start or join a scheduled meeting, you must first log into your Google account.

You are about to start a free web conference

The ECMINSTITUTE provides free web conferencing services for its members including integrated screen sharing, teleconferencing, and whiteboarding for up to 20 participates (Web Conference - DimDim Meeting). These services are available on a limited basis for instant, ad hoc, meetings. If you wish to schedule a meeting in advance and promote your event to our members, we recommend that you fill out a "Schedule" form available in the right margin on the community home page.

If you launch a Web Conference, a browser plugin will be automatically downloaded and installed. You may invite participates to your conference by emailing your Google username which represents the conference ID which they will need to join your meeting. Your participates will not need to install any plugins to join your conference. If you experience any technical difficulties, we recommend that you visit the web conferencing support page on our partner's web page: DimDim Support.
